What “AI-native” means here

At tkxel, AI-native means designing products, workflows, and operating practices around what AI can do reliably, while people retain control over judgment, exceptions, and important decisions.

It is not about adding a chatbot to an existing process or applying AI everywhere. It begins with identifying where AI can create a measurable improvement, preparing the data and systems needed to support it, and defining where human review remains necessary.

The workflow is then redesigned around that division of responsibility, with the right integrations, evaluation criteria, controls, monitoring, and business measures in place. Teams are also equipped to use the system, review its outputs, and improve it over time.

The goal is not simply to deploy AI. It is to make AI a reliable part of how the business operates, delivers value, and makes decisions.

What we measured in our own operations

These are internal results, measured by tkxel on tkxel systems. They are not independently audited, and we present them separately from client outcomes for that reason.

  • Eminnt is an AI-native content platform running more than nine specialized agents across research, drafting, review, and publishing. Over a 12-month period, content production time fell by 60% and the volume of expert-reviewed content published rose threefold compared with the previous 3-month baseline.
  • InSphere is an agentic AI platform now used across sales, marketing, HR, productivity, and compliance workflows. Over a 6-month period, the sales workflow reduced response time and associated costs by 30% while increasing lead-to-customer conversion by 25%.
  • AI-assisted delivery is now used on approximately 70% of active projects to help our teams complete work faster with fewer delivery hours. Over the past 12 months, we estimate it has saved approximately 18,000 hours of engineering time and reduced the delivery cost of a typical project by around 10%. This additional capacity is reinvested into client work, allowing teams to deliver more value without increasing project headcount or overhead.

We built these for ourselves before selling the approach. That sequence matters more than the percentages because it means the failure modes were ours first.

“We came to tkxel with a complex vision for a platform that could support more than 40 distribution applications. They helped us turn that vision into an AI-native SaaS foundation built for our initial app suite and future applications. We now have much greater confidence as we roll out new applications to customers.”

What clients measured

The recognition reflects client work that delivered measurable financial and operational outcomes, including:

  • A nationally recognized fast-casual restaurant chain: tkxel applied machine learning to inventory forecasting and labor planning as part of a wider operational transformation. The program generated $500,000 in annual savings, improved order forecasting accuracy by 40%, and eliminated 10,000 hours of repetitive work per month through predictive planning and automation.
  • Canvs AI, customer intelligence: tkxel applied an LLM-powered research assistant, agentic AI workflows, and AI-supported platform optimization to reduce expensive processing requirements. The work cut cloud costs by 40%, generating $120,000 in annual savings, while increasing data processing capacity by 10× and delivering insights 6× faster.
  • BBJ Linen, luxury event rentals: An LLM-powered email assistant automated product recommendations, cart updates, and quote preparation inside the company’s existing Gmail workflow. It reduced customer response times by 60% and lowered the manual workload required to support growing request volumes, helping the business scale service without increasing staff effort at the same rate.

Building the internal capability: AI Unlimited

AI Unlimited was a month-long internal building initiative powered by tkxel’s OpenAI partnership. Teams across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations worked on real business problems, experimented with AI in practical settings, and built working products and workflow solutions rather than limiting adoption to training sessions or isolated pilots.

During the program, 60+ use cases were evaluated and 40 working AI solutions were developed. At least 20 use cases were not taken forward because they did not demonstrate enough value, feasibility, or operational fit. In the two months since, solutions moved into ongoing use have contributed to an estimated 1,500 hours saved across delivery, sales, marketing, and operational workflows.

The initiative gave tkxel a repeatable approach for identifying high-value workflows, testing them quickly, measuring the operational impact, and scaling only the solutions that demonstrate clear business value.

About the TITAN Business Awards

The TITAN Business Awards is an international awards program organized by the International Awards Associate. The 2026 program received more than 5,100 entries across all categories, with submissions evaluated by a panel of business and industry professionals.

Start with one workflow

If you are trying to determine whether AI applies to your operations, the useful first step is not a strategy deck. It is picking one workflow and testing it.

tkxel runs a free discovery session on a single workflow — we look at the process, the data behind it, and whether automation would pay back. If it wouldn’t, we say so.
