1. There should be processes for sales activities to make people aware of your products, solve their problems and make these fit for them. 2. In order to scale the software and architecture, the people maintaining the product and those building new products should be different. Giving them freedom and responsibility is crucial for building new products and solving problems by being connected to their customers and keeping engineers engaged.

3. While building a stable team there should be a dynamic team continuously doing maintenance and another one building and implementing new features and people keep on rotating among these roles so they don’t get bored. 

4. Cross-functional teams are responsible for certain functional areas, within the applications, responsible for the decision making of the product roadmap, solving the technical problems and implementing new stuff,
