Eminnt is building an AI-native content operating layer for B2B marketing teams, replacing scattered writing tools and manual SME coordination with a single platform that captures brand knowledge, routes content through expert review, and optimizes it for both search engines and AI answer engines.

To bring the platform to market, Eminnt needed an engineering partner that could move quickly on a multi-agent product architecture while keeping every agent’s output governed, reviewable, and production-ready.

Solution

Agent-Based Product Architecture

Rather than building Eminnt as a single writing tool, tkxel designed it as a multi-agent content platform running on Anthropic's Claude. Specialized agents handle brand foundations, research, content drafting, SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization, content auditing, content refreshes, customer story development, publishing, and image generation, with Claude providing the reasoning behind each one.

Structured Delivery Framework

Each agent was scoped, built, and validated independently before being integrated into the broader platform. This reduced cross-agent dependencies and allowed the team to release capabilities incrementally instead of waiting for the entire system to be completed.

Claude Code-Accelerated Engineering

tkxel used Claude Code to handle the majority of implementation work across the agent stack, keeping human engineering effort focused on architecture decisions and integration points rather than boilerplate development.

Reusable Engineering Patterns

Shared capabilities such as source scanning and retrieval, brand-voice application, and SEO, AEO, and GEO scoring were built once and reused across relevant agents rather than reimplemented for each one.

Integration-Ready Design

The platform was built to connect with customers' existing content workflows, including WordPress, LinkedIn, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4. This allowed teams to publish content directly and bring performance data back into the platform without switching between disconnected tools.

Every piece of content requires subject-matter expert approval before publishing. The platform accelerates research and drafting, while expert review remains a required part of the workflow.

Built with Anthropic

Claude sits at the centre of the platform, reasoning across every agent,
and holding the pipeline together end to end.

Reasoning

Anthropic’s Claude runs the reasoning at every step. Ricky, the orchestrator, interprets the brief, decides which specialists to invoke, and sequences the work. Beneath it, Claude powers the research agents that synthesize source material, the writing agents that draft against brand memory, and the QA agents that check claims before anything reaches a reviewer.

Reliability

Agents share persistent context through a pgvector memory layer and run as durable Temporal workflows, so a pipeline spanning research, drafting, review, and publishing resumes after failure rather than restarting. Human expert sign-off stays a hard gate throughout.
